These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VisionTimer, including our website, timer tools, productivity features, payment options, early-access features, and related services. By using VisionTimer, you agree to these Terms.
VisionTimer is a productivity and focus tool designed to help users manage time, goals, focus sessions, and personal productivity progress.
You must be at least 13 years old to use VisionTimer. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
VisionTimer may offer free and paid plans, including:
Pricing, features, and availability may change over time.
All payments are processed through Stripe. VisionTimer does not store your payment card details. By purchasing paid access, you agree to Stripe’s applicable checkout and payment terms.
Subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled. Users are responsible for managing cancellations through Stripe or the billing method provided at checkout. Cancelling a subscription may stop future billing but does not automatically refund prior payments.
All payments are generally final. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at VisionTimer’s sole discretion. To request a refund review, contact hello@visiontimer.com.
Founder Access is intended as an early supporter offer. Features, benefits, and access terms may evolve as VisionTimer develops. Founder Access is not a guarantee of specific future features, financial value, permanent availability of all services, or lifetime availability of every future product.
At this stage, Pro or Founder access may be stored locally on a user’s browser or device. Full account-based access may be introduced in the future. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using another browser may affect local access until account-based access is fully implemented.
You agree not to misuse VisionTimer, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected code, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, submit malicious content, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
VisionTimer is a productivity tool. We do not guarantee academic, professional, financial, health, personal, business, or productivity outcomes. Your results depend on your own actions, effort, consistency, and circumstances.
We aim to keep VisionTimer available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent availability. The service may be updated, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
The VisionTimer name, branding, design, layout, content, and related materials are owned by VisionTimer or its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or reuse VisionTimer branding or materials without permission.
You are responsible for how you use VisionTimer and for maintaining backups of any important personal productivity notes, goals, or information stored locally in your browser.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VisionTimer and its owners, operators, affiliates, or partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
California residents may have privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable United States and California laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of VisionTimer after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
